3Dfier for passive/micro polarizer 3D displays, anyone?

We will be able to support passive/micro polarizer displays such as Zalman 3D monitor or Acer 3D notebook with 3Dfier on Media Player Classics. Media Player Classics with proper codecs can play almost all video files you can find. If you are interested in playing with a demo, please leave a comment to this post. We can post a demo version if many of you are interested.

Copycat...

We are half-angry and half-flattered to hear that a big software company has tried to copy our solution and showed in CES this year. This company has signed NDA with us and by installing our software, agreed not to reverse-engineer what we have done. We heard they weren't able to copy our solution completely and the result still cannot compete with ours but still it hurts our big investment in the passing years and big efforts experimenting to come out the best formula for 3D. As our patent application is still pending and we only heard from witness from CES without seeing it ourselves, we are not going to have any legal action as yet before their software is on sale. In the meantime, we are working hard to come out the next generation algorithm to try to leave the competition further behind. Your support is the best motivation for us to keep going. Known Issues:

After adjusting the scene depth, remember to close the dialog box. Otherwise you might have difficulty switching back to 3D Vision Video Player / Stereoscopic Player.

Recommend you download the demo version and test before purchasing the retail version of 3Dfier Realtime 2D to 3D filter.


How to use 3Dfier with 3D Vision Video Player or Stereoscopic Player

Install 3Dfier 2D to 3D filter you have received from us after purchasing through PayPal. Install 3D Vision Video Player or Stereoscopic Player, open the File menu, choose Settings and get to the Decoder tab. From the "Preferred Filters" menu select the Video Processor and click on the Add button, then select the "3Dfier 2D-to-3D Transformer filter" from the from the list of available filters on your system.




After that, you can treat video file like a side-by-side video file for 3D Vision Video Player/Stereoscopic Player.
